CANCELLATIONS

It is possible to cancel the order, within the week before delivery, only if it has not already been processed. You will receive information about the progress of the order by email, otherwise it is still possible to inquire about the status of the processing by sending an email to info@vipex.it subject: CANCELLATION OF ORDER N. indicating the name of the person who placed the order, or by calling us at the numbers:

In case of payment already made, a refund will be made on the same credit card used for the purchase or a voucher will be created that can be spent on the website www.vipex.it with a validity of 1 year.

DISPUTES

In case of shortages, quality problems or breakages of the purchased products, reports must be made within 12 hours of delivery, only and exclusively by email (info@vipex.it) specifying in the subject of the email: COMPLAINT followed by order number, name and surname of the person who placed the order.

However, if the package arrives damaged for obvious reasons related to transport, it is mandatory to write "accepted with reservation" on the document that you will sign for the courier, then following the same complaint procedure via email.

Photographic documentation and specifications on any anomalies are always required.

All disputes made after this deadline will not be considered valid.

ORDER CHANGES AND MISSING PRODUCTS

When dealing with perishable products, and subject to continuous changes, in the event that the order cannot be completely fulfilled at the time of preparation, and if the amount of the expense has already been paid in advance, the customer can avail of the following options:

immediate crediting of the amount directly to the credit card used for payment
replacement of the missing product with another of your choice of equal value
creation of a credit on the personal profile, which can be spent on the next order
However, refunds are not made via bank transfer.

HOW CAN I PAY

Payment can be made in the following ways:
Instant bank transfer.
Standard bank transfer (the order will be processed after receiving the credit on the current account).
