NATURE OF THE PROVISION
The provision of data is optional, however, failure to provide the data necessary for the performance of the contract or the requested service will make it impossible to implement the Service.
SHELF LIFE
The data will be processed for the period deemed strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes above and in accordance with the provisions of tax legislation for 10 years from the termination of the relationship.
In reference to marketing activities, the data will be processed for a maximum of 5 years from the last relationship between the parties.
